Nous sommes ASSAFF une usine de production de fromages d’exception, née de la fusion entre l’excellence artisanale et industrielle italienne et la richesse du terroir sénégalais.

Une gamme variée. Des fromages sur-mesure.

Nous proposons une gamme complète de fromages savoureux, adaptés à la restauration, à la grande distribution et aux besoins des particuliers exigeants :

  • Mozzarella fraîche – en boules (55 g), en billes, râpé (1 kg), ou en bloc (1,5 kg)

  • Émental – râpé (1 kg) ou en bloc (1,5 kg)

  • Cheddar – râpé (1 kg) ou en bloc (1,5 kg)

  • Et bien plus encore, entièrement personnalisable selon vos goûts et vos exigences spécifiques.
